Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and referral source. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.

Information you provide directly. If you fill out a form on this site (for example, the contact form or the open house sign-in), we collect what you enter — your name, email address, and/or phone number, plus whatever else that form asks for (a message, or your buying/selling interest, timeline, and how you heard about us). We also log the IP address a form was submitted from, which we use only to detect spam submissions.

We use analytics data to understand and improve the site. We use information submitted through forms to follow up with you about real estate services you've expressed interest in — by phone, text, or email, based on the contact method you selected. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to responding to your inquiry.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies won't affect your ability to browse the site.

We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Form submissions are emailed directly to Roger Jones's inbox and are not stored in a separate database. Google provides two services used to operate this site — Google Analytics, which processes site-usage data on our behalf, and Gmail, which delivers form submissions to our inbox (see Google's Privacy Policy).

If Roger is unavailable to respond promptly, a trusted, licensed colleague at HomeSmart PV & Associates may follow up with you on his behalf, so you're not left waiting. We only share what's needed for that colleague to reach out.

If your needs are better served by another licensed real estate agent — for example, if you're buying or selling outside our service area — we may refer you and share your contact information with that agent so they can follow up with you. We only make referrals when we believe it's in your interest, and we may receive a referral fee for doing so, as is standard practice between licensed agents.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Roger Jones, this site, or others.

We keep lead information for as long as it's useful for following up on your real estate inquiry, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we've collected about you by contacting us below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
